Description

Address Harbour Point is a new residential complex in the new district of Dubai Creek Harbour. The developer of the complex is Emaar Hospitality Group. The project comprises two towers located on the shore of the canal. There will be a total of 202 serviced apartments and hotel suites, including 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units.

The development was launched in April 2017 and is planned to be completed by Q4 2021. The Address Harbour Point offers a collection of premium apartments situated in a picturesque and attractive district of Dubai – Dubai Creek Harbour by Emaar. The district has a marina, a park, and Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.

The two tall towers of 53 and 65 storeys host luxury apartments with a view of the world’s tallest skyscraper Dubai Creek Tower. The amenities include green zones, a pool, rest areas, a gym, a children’s zone, shops and restaurants, a parking lot, valet parking, smart home technology, video security, common garden, cleaning service, a doorman, room service, laundry service, garage, a club for kids, player room, steam room, sauna, spa and Jacuzzi.
