Hartland Waves Apartments is a 35-floor residential skyscraper, which is situated in the Waterfront District of Sobha Hartland, Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, Dubai. The developer of the project is premium real estate development company Sobha Realty. It will be the first skyscraper of its kind with an entire podium level along the shoreline of Sobha Hartland. Currently, the project is under development and the estimated date of handover is the fourth quarter of 2023.
