W Dubai Downtown The Residences

W Residences is a new project in Downtown Dubai from the Saudi based developer, Dar Al Arkan. At the moment the building is under development and the estimated date of completion is Q4 2025. The luxury tower offers 384 residences under the iconic W Hotels brand and will be managed by the global Marriott International company.

Properties for sale in the development comprise unfurnished 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, which range in size from 704 to 1,472 sqft. The typical floor to ceiling height in residences is 10 ft and there will be 8-9 residences per floor. There is also a 4-bedroom penthouse with a private swimming pool at the top of the tower.

The tower has its own original architecture which includes a staggered balcony concept that provides increased daylight for indoor spaces, while a curved facade promotes open views that look out onto the rest of Downtown Dubai district. The stylish architecture of the building and interior spaces will perfectly reflect the W Hotels brand.
