Wasl Park Gate Residences is a multi-building complex located in Zabeel Park. The developer of Park Gate Residences is Wasl Group. The company manages residential and commercial properties while developing its own real estate in Dubai.

The development was launched in 2016 and completed in 2020. The residential complex consists of four high-rise buildings and offers apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, as well as successfully sold out 4-bedroom penthouses.
