Description

Binghatti Creek is a new residential complex in the Al Jaddaf community by Binghatti Developers, which has an investment value of around AED 3.5B (USD 953M). At the moment the project is currently under construction, with the estimated date of handover set to be March 2023. Project features symbolic design elements, including individual balconies that are interwoven together to form a unified community. Such a pattern creates an illusion which makes the building’s static environment appear as a unique, dynamic design.

The 21-storey mixed-use building features both residential and commercial properties. The total plot area of Binghatti Creek constitutes 34,007 sqft and the complex offers one, two and three-bedroom residential units as well as one retail shop. The total number of residences in the building is 334, and consists of 230 one-bedroom apartments, 21 two-bedroom units, and 83 three-bedroom residences. Property sizes in the development range from 703 to 1,509 sqft.
